This post prompted me to scan a database containing over two decades of tenant comments for a common curse word:

select comment from comments where comment like '%fuck%';

Out of over 10 million comments, only 140 matched.  Interestingly the overwhelming majority of these comments come from one Allegheny County public library where it seems that staff use the online tool to report when an obnoxious patron is ejected from the building and "excluded" for a month.  The staffers include verbatim insults and threats to support their decision to eject the patron.  Reading a few of those incidents makes me feel bad about the stuff that librarians (and many other customer facing positions) have to deal with.  

The funniest non-library comment started out "respectful" and then suddenly pivoted tourettes style into a screed of profanity.   Seems as of the person was using speech to text to record their comment while driving and then was cutoff by some crazy driver.

HOAs are a microcosm of American politics: everything is expensive, crumbling, and run by a bunch of out-of-touch octogenarians with nothing better to do on a Tuesday at 5:00 PM.
